Subclass 188 Business Innovation & Investment Provisional Visas
Business Innovation & Investment Subclass 188 visas are intended for businesspeople and investors looking to set up business operations in Australia. This visa lasts for up to 4 years.

There are 5 streams available depending on the specific purpose for immigrating to Australia:
- 188A Visa(Business and Innovation Stream)
  
  This visa is aimed at established businesspeople and overseas investors who want to put money into an Australian business or invest in State/Territory bonds.
- 188B Visa (Investor Stream)
  
  Lasting for 4 years, this temporary visa is targeted at investors and is part of a pathway to permanent residence via the Business Innovation & Investment (Residence) Subclass 888 visa.
- 188C Visa (Significant Investor Stream)
  
  This visa is available to individuals who invest a minimum of AUD 5,000,000 and are looking to engage in further investments or business in Australia. Individuals applying for this visa must have received a nomination from either the federal or a territory/state government.
- 188D Visa (Premium Investor Stream)
  
  This visa is available to individuals who invest a minimum of AUD 15,000,000 and are looking to engage in further investments or business in Australia. Individuals applying for this visa must have received a nomination from either the federal or a territory/state government.
- 188E Visa (Entrepreneur Stream)
  
  This visa is intended for entrepreneurs with a minimum AUD 200,000 funding agreement for a business in Australia. Individuals applying for this visa must have received a nomination from either the federal or a territory/state government.
188 A & B Points Test (Business Innovation)
Instant points test for Australian Business Visa
Eligibilty for the Business Innovation and Investment program is dependent upon achieving a minimum score in a points test.
132 Visa (Business Talent)
132 Visas are permanent residency visas targeted at high-achieving businesspeople with an existing and significant stake in an overseas business, and who wish to establish or manage a business in Australia.
